Google has added this site to their index...

... but just the login page.
One of the things that I was wondering about was how long it would take for Google to add this site to their index without any cross links from other sites. Well it looks like I have my answer; after six days in existence, my site finally appears in their index; but just the CMS log-in page. Yes, that's right, the page that is of no use what so ever to anybody but me.
So why did it pick this page? Well, I thought that their were no external links to this page. However, I submitted a post to the Silverstripe website regarding an error message I was receiving. This error message included the URL of my log-in page (which I have now removed from that post). As a result, I had one external link into my site, pointing to the log-in page.
It looks like Google doesn't add a site to their index until it's cross-linked from another site. Possibly there are other criterion (such as having adequate content), but I don't know for certain. I'll take care of having other sites link to mine later, when I have more content added.
