I wrote a small utility to dump the details of PCI-to-PCIe bridges as part of the RadeonHD for AmigaOS 4.x+ driver project. It can be downloaded from:
http://hdrlab.org.nz/assets/Projects/RadeonHD/BridgeDump.lha
To use, simply extract BridgeDump from the archive, and execute it from a shell window. The details can be saved to a file using the following command line:
BridgeDump >RAM:BridgeDump.log
